The problem
You have a Navisworks model with quantities. Your estimator needs to price it. Your options: export to Excel (they lose the 3D context, they price the wrong thing), or buy them a Navisworks Manage license at €2,200/year.
Most firms choose Excel. Which means every quantity is divorced from the model that generated it. The estimator can't see what they're pricing. Mistakes happen. Pricing comes back wrong. Everyone blames the model.

Estimator opens browser
They see quantities on the left, the model on the right. Click a line item to isolate the element. Click the element to see all its data. Export to CSV.
The BIM coordinator pays. The estimator is free.
